that seems like a hardware problem

try using your phone number or email associated with your facebook account. one or the other should work. if not, then i don’t know.

make sure the oculus app and the OS for your phone is up to date maybe. 

if you factory reset and it still does not work, then you should take it to a professional to do software and hardware work on the headset.

If you’ve tried all troubleshooting options and nothing works, i suggest outing to someone to check the hardware because there’s a possibility that the inside of the headset needs to be checked on. i’m no professional, but that’s your best bet at thi...
