I was experiencing the same trouble.Removing the controller batteries
and putting them in again seems to have resolved this for now.Give that
a crack and see if it also works for you.
Yeah, Oculus arranged a courier to collect the failed unit. After a few
days of waiting, they shipped me a new replacement of the same model. Of
course I am a little annoyed after finding out they discontinued this
model and the base is now the 128GB...
Turns out after a few days of back and forth with support. They have
request I send the whole kit back for a replacement. οIt was fun for
the 5 days when the headset was working.Hopefully headset no2 fares a
lot better.
