The vast majority of games and apps use cloud saving so when you
reinstall a game on your new headset, the save state and data should
download automatically. Just make sure you attach the new headset to the
same Meta account
All electronic equipment has a chance to fail at any age. Equipment that
sees active usage has a greater risk. At 10 months, you are still within
warranty so just log a support call to have it replaced.
