Same issue (no sound from Chrome tab or any shared application). Until the Zoom integration is live, this seemed like a great solution to hear webinar audio and watch together, but without sound it's a bust. This is from a MacBook to the Quest 2.

Resolved: I quit the mobile app and restarted it, and the "Developer Mode" setting showed up. Hope that helps.
