I've tried every solution to solve this problem and they all don't work
well, although having the OVR server visible does sometimes fix the
stuttering, most of the time it doesn't work, kind of wish Meta would
just update there pc software to work on...

Figured out what was wrong, it was my graphics card. for some reason it
was not playing well with my quest 2, I have now switched mine with my
brothers and now VR runs perfectly.
i only have one gpu, and oculus link kinda works now, but its very
unstable, will randomly crash my computer when under a heavier work
load, never did any of this with my previous headset
finally got oculus link to work with my cable, and it has the same issue
as airlink, im assuming its a graphics driver issue, i have a AMD
graphics card.
