is it normal that after 11 days since i refunded a game to not have back in my bank account the money i paid for it? 

cant cast my oculus 2 on phone or samsung tv

hello,today i bought my oculus 2...i ve been trying to cast it on my phone or samsung tv but it doesnt work,all devices are conected on same wifi[wifi 6]...but just black screen on the phone.Any fix for this?
