It is, yes. Unfortunately since you've factory reset, you're likely to
be stuck even if within PTC builds it's fixed, unless they come up with
a solution as they said they would. If it's of any help, you're

It's sad because this is basically the exact situation I went through. I
factory reset (NUMEROUS times due to various support contacts), tried
everything underneath, above, around and inside the sun, then unlinked
and linked again, and still nothing....
For me, it doesn't even stop at pre-installed stuff because I factory
reset. I only have Files, File Browser, Settings and Events. If I click
from all to Installed, it'll also show the "Hands" and "Fit & Focus"
tutorials. I literally lack everything ...
It's definitely been discussed, as it's the reason I'm here too. I've
been talking with support to absolutely zero avail, and come to find
out, other people have been having the issue too.
