I was getting ready to do a factory reset when I tried it last night and
it wasn't there. It's been a few days since I've been on my Quest 2 and
I'm not sure what happened or what the self correction was. It could
have been an update.

Sorry It has taken me a bit to reply. It has come back for me again in
V39. As long as I click on the Store, it will pop up but normally I try
to avoid doing so as when I enter the VR dashboard, the store is already
there.
Thank you for the information. I hopped on the Oculus when I got home
and it's gone. I used the cable and AirLink and no bar to speak of. See
