Did you find any solution? The Customer care is asking me to send it in
and basically no solution on my part. Asked me to blow air on it,
restart it, factory reset it and in the end just send it in.
powering up can be fixed by using a small ball of foil and putting it
under one side of the battery. Apparently the battery is too small
sometimes. Does it work?
