No don't think they do care we've bought it but can't use it. Great  not had a response from them over 2 weeks  don't think they know what their doing 

I'm not buying the games again. No way. I think I'll try to make a new account and not link it with my Facebook. I thought you had to have Facebook as its made by them? This is where it complicates me. I don't get it 
