I used the Hey Facebook to close games and shut down system, However,
after moving the account from FB to Meta can't seem to get it to work.

Hello All,I love Little Cities and am on the 3 smaller islands that can

Bought a game on 08/01 with store credits and today 08/15 which is the
14th day I tried to have it refunded (with under 2 hours playing time)
and got the pop up saying it was not eligible for refund. Please advise
why if there are 14 days to try out ...
