I'm unable to upload the first release build of my game in Oculus
Developer Hub. There's a generic error with no further user feedback on
why and what I can do about it. These are the steps I followed:1.
Download most recent version of ODH (2.7.0)2. ...
I solved it. Shoutouts to Dan from Oculus Support for helping me out.
You need to have this folder in your project with the Oculus OpenXR
mobile SDK in it. In there you put the manifest that you get by
following this guide:

Status update: the problem still occurs as of ODH version 3.0.1. A
recent discovery makes me think it's on Godot's end (forget what I said
earlier about the API). A Unity build in the same circumstances uploads
perfectly fine.
Upon first trying in v2.7.1 the error changed. It's still not very
helpful.The log file it refers to is too big to show. I think this is
