@feier10 I am not sure you can use the Avatars on Quest. Avatar access
requires platform features which you can only get if you have been
approved to develop for the Quest. I might be wrong and things might
have changed on this but we have tried this...

The quiet on this from Oculus is mind boggling @OculusSupport Everyone
that posted here should sign a petition on uservoice so we can get this
pushed further.
@kojack. Now we just need to actually get responses. I see a lot of
posts on the developer forum with no response from anyone at Oculus even
though they are directly addressed on specific topics. Rather
disappointing I have to say.
