It has been reported for several weeks now that Meta is shipping
unusable Quest 2 replacements to customers that they know do not work.
The issue that customers are experiencing is that they are stuck at the
Controller Pairing screen of their headset...
I've already spoken to support about this quite a few times now, and the
only help I have been offered is "This is an ongoing issue and our
engineers are working on it." I'm just being told to wait for an
unspecified amount of time.
Is this a serious comment? How is downloading an unverified firmware
update from a random Google Drive and sideloading it to the Quest 2 a
resolution?@Ryanality could somebody please take a proper look into
this.
@Ryanality I have been pleading with Meta support to help me with this
for weeks, and they are unable to do anything.Could this be looked into
