When I saw v54 was released as "stable" but still had the lag, I
disabled updates. I'm going to sit at v53 which is working for me, until
this is resolved.
I also disabled PTC. I had to repair the oculus app on PC to get to the
stable update, and it basically factory resets the head set when it
rolls back to the stable update. It is not lagging now when moving left
to right like before.
