Honestly, heard some people do it by side loading the update but META is
super against it when I asked. Maybe burning the oculus will give me
more happiness then being lied to endlessly.
The same has happened to me. Bought a new controller 2 months ago
because old one glitched out.APPARENTLY there is a problem with the
pairing and meta accounts. They are selling the controller knowing that
there is an issue connecting controllers. Ha...

The updated app did not work at all. Did everything he asked and it was
a disappointment when the controller again could not be detected by the
Quest 2. No work has been done, still asking for the quest 2 to be
updated which is stuck in welcome scree...
OMG, the same thing has happened to me. They said there was an error on
their part and that it was a software issue. NEVER ONCE did they say
that it was the new controller I ordered that was the problem. I had to
ship this controller to ASIA at exorb...
