I'm in the exact same boat as you. I purchased my first Quest 2 back on
May 25th from Amazon, and the left controller stopped working after a
week. I returned it and got another one, again from Amazon, and it
worked great for three months. Then I go ...
I'm having the exact same issue with my refurbished Quest. Tech support
has been no help. They just keep saying that they're aware of the issue
and working on a fix. Meanwhile I'm stuck with a $300 (now $400)
paperweight.
