Same here! I have verified my account, entered payment information,
phone number, enabled 2-step auth, factory reset my Quest2 device,
restarted it multiple times, updated my iPhone Meta Quest app.On the app
when I go to Developer Mode it just says "...
Note, that it did used to pair with the Meta Quest app and same Quest2
device. I had not tried in a month or so and now coming back to it, it
fails to pair.
Yes, it is updated. I am on an iPhone and looking at the Meta Quest app
details, I see that 'Background App Refresh' is enabled. I also do not
see any pending updates for this specific app.
