There wasn’t a way around this issue for me, I just sent the whole unit
back to them for a refurbished one, it’s unfortunate but it’s kinda the
only way
Was there any sign of wear and tear on the cable by any chance? Cause
I’m experiencing the same problem, however my cable seems to be just
fine on the outside.
