When my oculus stopped charging, I contacted support. Now I have to send
mine in, and to do that, I need to factory reset it. When I looked up
how to, it said it should be above 50%, which is a problem. What do I
do?
I’m in the middle of setting up my refurbished headset and there’s a
screen that says to pair to the oculus app to continue. It’s already
paired because I had to connect the controllers. I can’t get passed that
