No one is responding to my private messages. A bot appears to be
responding with a link to the same "support" pages where no human being
ever responds.
Even if that page you linked had the support options you say it does on
it (it doesn't) that's the STORE SUPPORT page not DEVELOPER support, and
the STORE support people have told multiple of us that they cannot help
with DEVELOPER issues. I feel so ...

I'll be very surprised if this works. I did as instructed, but there are
