I just bought a second Quest 2 for my daughter. My son had created an
account for him so I'm trying to create a second account for him. When I
click on add account it tells me to go to meta.com/device and put the
code in. So I do that and on my phone...
I swear I sent an email yesterday but I can't seem to find it now either
for some reason. Maybe I didn't hit submit. I just submitted something
and it responded with a ticket number so hopefully you are able to find
it now
Apparently I have to reach out to an online support team even though I
have already done that and no one has gotten back to me! It's ridiculous
for sure! I hope you have better luck than me! I also spent our entire
Christmas messing with it
