Same here. They are taking their sweet time. They event went as far as
to confirm that the card is valid but deny simply adding the credit to
my account, instead insisting on having someone else look at this issue.
To update further. I set up to have the support team call me to solve
this via the support web page but they never did. It's basically a scam
then. They provide a product that they don't intend you to claim and
provide no support at all. I can't even...
No solution yet. They asked for a screenshot of the error, which I
provided very quicly, and now It's bneen 16 hours without any further
answer. I can't "keep working with them" if they don't keep working with
me.
I'm having the exact same issue. And wherever I look I find no solution.
It would be great to get a response made public on tyhis instead of just
privately messaging the forum admin to try and get answers.
