I tried to redo my birthday because I accidentally put 2006 instead 2003 and it wouldn’t let me change it. I need to correct my birthday.

need to change my age, Ive tried to change my age on https://auth.meta.com/settings/account/, it wouldn’t let me change my birthdate from July 27 2006 to July 27 2003 and I don’t have Facebook. Please help change my birthdate to July 27 2003.
