Crashing in vrchat on quest 2

Every time i seem to crash when i go onto vrchat on my quest 2 and i don't understand why it keeps crashing?

No other game done this and one of my friends suggested i try uninstalling vrchat even clearing the caches non it work at all

I am using it as a standalone it never use to do it till the updates to vrchat this year
