As I expected, I reached out to the support team, and they returned with
the same old answer that they had to check with "the team." So, still no
answer and still no overlay or mixed reality capture.
Ok. I am reaching out, and this reminds me of another problem with Meta
Quest Support. You don't even have a good option for my issue. I have to
select something so random instead. At least offer an "Other" option,
please!
I contacted your support team a couple of months ago about the overlay
capture feature, and they said they escalated it to the technical team.
Two months later, and still no overlay or mixed reality capture on my
Quest phone app, so I doubt reaching ...
