I believe you are getting the two users here confused as I did not
mention anything about dealing with previous support agents, and nor do
I have a ticket number. I submit bug reports and they just go off to the
void. Never receive any follow up.
It would be more helpful and users may be more inclined to submit bug
reports if we was not immediately sidelined with canned and scripted
responses asking us to factory reset the headset the moment someone

Ive had the same issue for over a year now. Basically have gave up on
using the app. I still have screenshots that ive taken months ago that
say they are sync'd in the headset, but because the app never connects I
can not see them.
I also do not have access to the avatar store and many other newer
features that others have stated. My biggest problem is with the
passthrough layers stuttering after 5 minutes in every app that uses
them for MR experiences.
