I just created a Meta account because I was being blocked from accessing
my Oculus headset. Now the headset won’t load. I’ve restarted a bunch of
times and each time is gets to the three dots loading screen but doesn’t
load. Do I need to do something...

When I set up the Go goggles there was no requirement to have a
smartphone app and I don’t recall any suggestion that I do so. When the
headset stopped working (I had not used it yet this year so I think it
was a 2023 thing) the Meta message blocked ...
You mention a smartphone app, but I never used a smartphone app with my
oculus Go. Maybe you have a different device? I setup a Meta account
linked to my Oculus Go then went to start up the headset and it won’t
start up. Just the pulsating ampersand ...
