Still happening. Just made the mistake of downloading that new environment today and now I’m stuck and can’t do anything. Did anything resolve it for you?

Having this exact issue with the shell env close down error. I can’t do anything with my headset. All because I chose a new home environment. Very frustrating. You mention a link for help- where is that?
