We were able to create new Add-ons using the upload .tsv file option.
Manually adding still doesn't work, but the import TSV file does so we
will use that as a work around.

If devs are taking feedback I suggest adding a toggle for this feature
to the Test Users page.
We've never found any way to successfully contact support, and either
had to find work arounds or hope the issue resolves itself. In this
case, it seems like the issue is on the backend and getting in touch
with someone from Meta is likely needed, es...
