same issue here, I started to play as V69, and it lost tracking the pro controller.Then i updated to V71 to see if the problem can be solved, but it still lost tracking.All actions have been done.

I just tried to re-pairing it again and successfully upgraded the right-hand pro controller.The left-hand one is now stuck at 99%.
