Thank you for reporting back. Now that v72 is officially out, I've been
looking at a few people's reports on v72 from the PTC. That controller
issue is terrible, and I've seen a few other issues reported. Good to
hear the screen tearing improved, but...

Any idea on the screen tearing that affects Quest Pro on v71? I thought
the fan issue could've been the same root issue as QPro's screen
tearing, but I don't actually know. Would that be fixed on v72? Do the
engineers know about the Quest Pro issue?
