Yes there is a chapter select.When you beat chapter 2, you unlock a
virtual globe in Tony’s lab which lets you select whatever level you
want as well as free flight and time trials. (Just got there myself)
I’m fairly certain there is a chapter select, I’ve seen YouTube videos
of people using it.This could be wrong, but I read somewhere that you
unlock the chapter select after completing the game where you also
unlock New Game+… I have not yet beaten it...
