When charging my right pro controller the green LED light doesn’t show. It doesn’t charge. I’ve tried re boot

Please can you help. My left pro controller won’t pair with my quest 2. I have had them a few weeks and worked but now don’t. The right is fine it’s the left one, it won’t pair. Tried quest reset. Still won’t pair
