Wifi Downloadspeed on Quest Pro is still broken, my Quest 3 is nomal
(1600mbit/s), as show in my test, all are on same network with 160mhz
channelbandwidth (it does not matter if i use a wifi 6e oder wifi 7
wifi-ap/router, i have tested both, wifie 6...
.... hmds needs to become better to have a chance to become mainstream
but the only place where "real" users could suggest ideas in meta
community forums is still closed for some reason...i think it should be
reopened or replaced with a better system...

eats so much performance on quest pro with its xr2+ gen 1 that when it
is open and the user scrolls though his app-icons the user gets a choppy
experience because framerate tanks be...
@bowow quest pro wifi throghput has been restored massivly in the last
update in v78.it trippeld (thank you for that meta) BUT for me it looks
like it is NOT COMPLETLY restored yet!i had measured quest 3 and quest
pro on same router in the past befor...

test:google for "openspeedtest" (client is webbrowser-based) OR iperf
(commandline) depending on what you prefer. (for iperf you also need to

people have many apps and websites etc. why does meta artifically
restricts again how many apps can be pinned by such a small number (8 to
10 minus the store (you cannot unpin the store), so 7 to 9 ....).for
example bytedance (pico) does not do this,...
@oculusness i have navigator already too on quest 3 and quest pro.i
think it is a good start, not perfect but has potential. currently the
navigator feels very different compared to the rest in terms of visiual
design, so there is a lot of work left ...
