When I try to play some VR games I get black screen

When I try to play Fruit Ninja 2 VR or MINI MOTORS X PARTY on my pc(I7 12700,32GB RAM, RTX3070, windows 11), I get black screen and the game doesnt start. I have Meta quest 2. What can I do to play these games?

I tried reinstall the games still black screen. Do I need install steamvr for these games? Will it work if I install it?
