I used email for both. Mine was 2 min setup. My sons with email both as
a parent invite trying various ages as well as stand alone and could not
create an account. Not sure what to do at this point
Thanks @kojack. Funny thing is, I even tried to set up and account for
him using different ages (13, 18, etc) and that didn’t work either. Mine
setup easily first time. His no matter what I tried on his phone in app
it would not work.
