They are still running circles. will have to make a new account. trying to get these automated responses to help is a joke. and good luck talking to the same "person" through out. they keep passing it on Andi keep having the same conversation.

absolutely correct. they won't help and have no problems telling you to give up what you have bought and money expiring on account.
