Same here too, I haven't used my Q3 in a little while, so charged it up
fine to be presented with a forced v72 update, to then a v74 update. So
I thought I might as well do that update too.Now when I try and charge

Its not the controllers, its the firmware.My pro Controllers has zero
issues when used on my Quest 2 Headset, het I have this issue on and off
on my Quest 3 headset.And Support don't care.
