Live is a bit of a stretch! I’ve seen more life in a morgue than Meta
customer service. When you message them via WhatsApp you have to wait
days for a reply! In my case I wasted three days and then they sent me a
message in the night when I was sleep...
I got sent my replacement strap yesterday and it immediately got
recognised and held. I ran it down to zero and the headset battery took
over, but so far so good. I’ll keep monitoring it and see how things go.
