Eventually customer support reached back I I got my gift card 5 days later

I tried to get a refund and I says I am eligible for another 2 weeks but at the same time doesn’t let me and I can’t just be expected to buy something then leave me worried I put the account or email details wrong for ages it just feels like meta don...
