I have the same issue. The PTC has always shown as "full" for me in the
Oculus app when I try to add my Quest 3. Was in the PTC on my old Quest
2 and would like to do the same with the 3 if possible.
In the latest version of the Meta Quest app for Android I received
yesterday, the Move widget is now gone and there appears to be no way to
even attempt to link with Health Connect anymore. Guess that's one way
to handle it.
