I finally got mine removed by going to https://secure.oculus.com and clicking devices on the left side of the page. from there, I hit delete device info. Removed the entire device listing from my account in one click and allowed me to enable app shar...

Thank you. This finally worked for me with one exception; the link you included didn't go anywhere for me. I had to go to https://secure.oculus.com and then click devices on the left. Delete my old headset in one click. Thanks again!
