suddenly find this message on my screen with no way of getting out of it

Hi ...in need of some help with my quest 2...when I go into pass through
my left lense just shows what's on the screen I apps ect but no pass
through just all on a black background ...right lense seems fine ....and
I can play games absolutely fine .....
Thanks I tried that sadly it didn't solve it .I have now purchased a 2nd
hand quest 3 from ebay for £181 a lot cheaper than the one meta was
trying to sell me ..I appears after much research that the issue lies
with the bottom cameras under the arms ...
After a bit of research it appears to be one of the cameras that can go
bad and this is the result .some people have managed to replace the
broken camera and get them working again ..from the black screen of
