Well, this is quite the common issue. Same thing happened to me and many
others. Did they fix it for you since it is the main part of the headset
and it’s not usable with that broken? I saw one reply where it was said
that it must be a user problem. ...
That is not a solution because I have a Bobo… In fact, I have three
other types of straps and none of them will work. It’s not able to be
used without a bar there. How do I get this fixed?
