my headset won't pair with the app, that's my whole problem

haven't found a soluiton either. 

It's pathetic how bad their support is. I also have a 1300 u$d paper weitght due to not being able to pair with the app. I got past the initial set up by pairing with the Meta Quest Developers Hub windows app, but there's no way to pair the controlle...
