When attempting to use MQDH, after selecting my Release Channel, the
'Upload' button remains stuck on "Installing Latest CLI". This issue
persists even after several hours despite multiple attempts to reinstall
and update MQDH to its most recent vers...
One solution from Reddit works for me :hosts file under
c:\\Windows\System32\drivers\etc with adminadd "157.240.11.49
graph.oculus.com" at the end of the file and save the file, don't forget
to save it as ANSI, not utf-8.press win+r, enter "cmd" and ...
