How about listing a serious of possible fixes--with simple step by step
instructions with no jargon--in priority order for everyone to see so
they can try themselves versus having to reach out and wait for a
response.
Stop this linking accounts and fix the issue. Make the user the priority
versus what Meta wants. Make it work for the user, reliably, and them
make it work in a way that works for Meta.
