Why are my Quest 3 controllers so blurry?

Maybe it's a general problem, but my Quest 3 controllers are very blurry. Compared to those of the YouTube VR app, it looks very weak. Does anyone know how to fix this? You Tube VRMeta

it doesn't come across well on the pictures but it's like 720p vs 2160p
