I’m regretting buying this thing more and more. If I had known how awful
their customer service is, what a piece of garbage the merchandise is
and how one can’t change something so simple - I would have never bought
one.
Was this issue resolved for you?I’m having the same exact issue and am
about to send this thing back because my son cannot play the games he’s
wants to play.
